A Philadelphia man told a Bucks County judge in Doylestown on Monday that he is wracked by guilt and remorse over causing the high-speed car crash that killed his 19-year-old friend. Aurelio Xhepaj, 20, said he suffers reoccurring nightmares in which he is speaking to a smiling Michelle Price and then she suddenly disappears. “For those moments there is joy again. Then she is gone. Life isn’t the same anymore.
